FAQs
What is the time commitment?

As a TJU educator, you’ll participate in five virtual sessions, held weekly.
We select educators on a rolling basis, building cohorts based on availability, time zones, and areas of interest.
Each week, the live sessions will last for one hour. We encourage educators to review the material each week for better comprehension.
After the 5 week intensive completes, we will schedule time for mentorship, collaboration, and deep-dive sessions based on the availability and limitations of our educators.
Who is eligible for the cohort?

TJU’s Educator Training Cohort is designed for women who are educators.
Whether you teach in a traditional classroom, you’re a community leader, or you have an online following, if you play a role in Jewish education, we think you should have this training!

Do I need to have a background in neuroscience or Jewish education?

Absolutely not!
Our program blends wisdom from the rich texts of our Jewish tradition with the remarkable discoveries of neuroscience and psychology - but all of our courses are designed for beginners.
In this 5-part training, educators will gain an overview of the most important and applicable information. However, there is always more to learn.
